Acrylic: Conventional (cutting against the feed direction)
Aluminum: Climb (cutting with the feed direction)
Optimal Finish-
Minimize recutting of chips to prevent rewelding and offset each sizing pass away from the finished edge. Then on the final pass, perform a full depth cut with no offset to release the part.
