Vortex Tool's extensive line of insert tooling for CNC routers is manufactured in-house using state-of-the-art turning and machining centers. Insert tool bodies are designed with precision seat pockets that allow for easy insert installation and provide unmatched repeatability. Inserts are also manufactured in-house using the latest multi-axis grinding machines; a micro-face lapping process gives the inserts extremely sharp cutting edges.
