The Innovator and Innovator Jr. are two of our most popular tools. They combine the convenience and economy of 5/16″ corrugated steel with a pocket design that can safely produce panel profiles up to 2″ deep. Both sizes with the same pocket design can use either 5/16″ thick, 60° corrugated back steel knives or the new 10mm SCHure Lock carbide knife system. With today’s use of MDF and other composite materials, the use of carbide is a must, and the Innovators allow anyone capable of grinding carbide knives to produce their own 3-wing carbide panel raising cutters. They can be used with or without ball bearing rub collars. Please specify direction of rotation when ordeirng. Other sizes quoted on request. Blank steel knives are available in sets of 3 for custom grinding your own profiles. |
